Starter | 1x / week
Ease into your training by working with one of our trainers once weekly. Great for breaking the negative effects of a sedentary lifestyle, learning the ropes, and maintaining your fitness.
Pro | 2x / Week
Our most popular plan. Training at least twice weekly is the “sweet spot” that allows the body to gain strength and better adapt with less soreness. Best if you’re new to strength training but have a goal in mind.
Premium | 3x / Week
For the experienced athlete, the extremely dedicated, or those working towards specific goals, training three times a week will keep you on track with a demanding routine.
